Owner & Head Trainer | USHJA Certified TrainerAlice began riding at age 9 and quickly advanced through national and international levels in Eventing before shifting her focus to Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation. With a background working under top professionals—including Olympic rider Heidi White—Alice brings decades of experience in training, competition, and horse development.
Since founding Hemlock Hill Farm in 2011, Alice has built a highly respected full-service program known for producing quality horses and confident, successful riders. She has earned top placings in Hunter Derbies and Grand Prixs, and her students have gone on to win at both local and national levels. Alice is a hands-on, detail-focused trainer who emphasizes strong fundamentals, smart riding, and a positive, supportive environment. Each winter, she also leads a competitive Florida circuit, traveling to venues such as the Venice Equestrian Tour, WEC Ocala, and TerraNova.

Barn Manger
Bekah began her riding career as a child in her home state of New Mexico, where she developed a strong foundation in the world of performance horses. Her passion for showing Arabians quickly grew into a professional career through mentorship with nationally recognized trainers. Before relocating to Vermont, Bekah actively competed in Hunter Pleasure, Western Pleasure, and Sport Horse divisions. Over the years, she has served as a show groom, exercise rider, and instructor, coaching riders up to the National level with an emphasis on confidence, clear communication, and compassion for the horse. Now as Barn Manager at Hemlock Hill Farm, Bekah combines her extensive hands-on experience with a deep commitment to horse care and stable organization, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-run environment for horses and riders alike.

Assistant Trainer
Jane Morgan is a dedicated hunter/jumper trainer at Hemlock Hill Farm. She began riding at age 7 and competed extensively in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Jane earned her equine degree from Centenary University and gained professional experience working under top trainers such as David Belford, Christopher Payne, and Steve Heineke. She has traveled to major AA shows across the East Coast, including WEF, Kentucky, Capital Challenge, Tryon, and GLEF. Beginner child lessons are available and designed to build a strong foundation in a safe, supportive environment. Our experienced trainers focus on confidence, balance, and basic horsemanship. We also offer a selection of well-schooled on-site lease horses for riders looking to advance their skills and participate more fully in our training and show programs.
